I have just finished cleaning and switching off the electricity for the last time to the mythical ventless fryer that has been part of the staff for years.
I want to say that I was moved to tears thinking about the help given during the virus pandemic period when everyone was closed and we always managed to work, thanks to fried food and sandwiches.
We always took care of it, every day was disassembled and cleaned to work better.
But you have to think ahead to improve and always give a better service.
Tomorrow a new fryer with double capacity comes for an even faster service.
